True ls2 heads do flow really well. A stock ls2 run at 10.9:1 so I didn't drop that much. But i'm fully forged on the bottom end, with a very sorted blower cam (ls9)

I thought you had a 2009 that came with the blower. What blower are you running because that also makes a difference. The one Joe is getting is an old school 2 lobe roots. It's not as efficient as the TVS blowers.

Does your blower have an intercooler?

HP numbers are good and all, but they are like asking someone how much they can bench. What difference does it make if I can still kick your ass?

You're able to run higher compression because it's intercooled, it's a more efficient blower, and you're running low boost.

I forget what Ron's intake temps are, but they're insane, something well over 200 I think. If there's a guy who could really benefit from an intercooler, it's him.
