Now that I'm building engines again, I"m working deals here and there.

I can get SB Alum heads for the 1st and 2d gen engine for $683.00 to your door. That is my cost.

180 cc intake runner
64 cc chamber.

That is complete ready to run.

This is for Motorgen people.

Yes, these are the same heads that are on the Vette engine in my Avatar.

Great deal. You should charge a little more and put some scratch in your pocket, it's still a great deal. Unless your Vette runs on peaches and sunshine. :smack:

Me too. I thought the Vette ran on rainbows and unicorns.

Glen, is it just SBC heads that you can get or can you get SBF and BBC as well?

Tri State Racing Cylinder Heads call them "Flow-Tek"s. They machine them in house and I can pick the spings I want.

This is a China cast. Been running mine for 5 years now. All I did was port them some.:ugh:

They may be cast in the same factory as the Avenger heads, which is also the same factory as does some OE Japanese stuff. If so it's a massive, no BS operation; a great value.

These are what Eric bought for his 331. He's not doing anything to them, he's just going to bolt them on. e'll let you know what we think after it's running.

I went and did a little port work. I couldn't just leave them alone.:lmfao:

Got Will's heads today. They look great. They don't really need any work but I'll do a touch up on the ports.

So far, I have no reservations recommending these heads---not at the price they go for.

If they have emissions ports i'd be very interested

Eric's do but they don't have an EO/CARB number. With all the accessories you won't be able to see the heads to know they aren't stock so you should have no problem passing smog. That's what we're counting on with Eric's.

The engine will be painted all silver, if I have to I'll engrave a ford part number onto them and steal an afr carb number

I've heard some people have been known to stamp the correct casting numbers on their heads to pass inspections. . .

I called Tri-State- they stated the Ford heads are smog legal. They do not have a Cal smog number, but do have the smog passage.
