Default Giugiaro Mustang

If they'd calm down on the futurisitc rear end styling a bit I'd be all about it.

I love the freak'n front end....the rear, not so much. I'm with Adam on the rear. Calm it down a touch, and sign me up.

It's a Ferrari/Mustang Love Child with Lambo doors. Those design elements aren't futuristic, they're "common" in Europe.

Well then, let me replace the word "futuristic"... with the word "gay." Does the original sentence make more sense now?

to elaborate lol

if u look at the side profile it hints to the C6 vette

if u look at the front and the cars line its a mustang with a doge challenger/new camaro thrown together

if this is the new mustang look its cool i dig it...i just think that all the domestic companys trade mark cars are gonna be very damn close to eachother in visual aspects which might be what there all going for and let the better man/company/car win

heres what i predict

-best bang for you buck *stock*
mustang

-best bang for your buck if you want to modify and in HP gains per dollar
camaro

-best bang for you buck in sticking to roots
challenger

-if you want to drag race: camaro, mustang in 2nd

-if you wanna track....mustang *i just see more of them tracking then others*

-for the show factor...mustang, challenger in 2nd

-a drivers car : ya this is the hardest catagory for me too pick but i might have to go with the camaro....and mustang in close 2nd depending on model

so these are my predictions for the new domestic sports V8 line up

Here are my predictions:

They've all been slow heavy pigs, and the new ones will be... slow heavy pigs.

I'd consider buying one of these if I could reasonably and cost effectively junk 800-1K lbs off of one.

The way to go if you want to race a new car:

Saturn Sky/ Pontiac Solstice with an LSX transplant. Otherwise, do what Ben did. Smart man right there.

And the rear end has grown on me in the last 24 hours. Keep the taillights on one panel and I'd like it.

Ok I see it a little different.

-best bang for you buck *stock*
LS3 C6 Vette - not even close (base models are only about $10k up on the V8 Camaro and only nominally more expensive than the Challenger)

-best bang for your buck if you want to modify and in HP gains per dollar
Yeah, probably Camaro. A blower on the base and you're screaming for <Vette prices, at least in a straight line.

-best bang for you buck in sticking to roots
Yeah, I could go with the Challenger.

-if you want to drag race:
Including cost of go fast modifications, Camaro

-if you wanna track....mustang *i just see more of them tracking then others*

Are you huffing paint thinner? Vette

-for the show factor...mustang, challenger in 2nd

subjective, there all pretty strong in their own way

-a drivers car : ya this is the hardest catagory for me too pick but i might have to go with the camaro....and mustang in close 2nd depending on model

What kind of driving? Cruising with friends in the back seat, any of them but the Vette. Really driving? Vette.

My opinion is completely unbiased and scientifically verifiable. (Sorta)

How's the Evo home slice? Break anything yet?
