Fucking Subaru Owners
Well Gentlemen we have a grudge match. One BaddassC6 versus a Subaru WRX wagon that is pretty heavily modded. Owner claims it puts down 550 awhp. He is one of my sonar techs. I have been breaking his balls over the last two years to get his car on the track. It has never happened. Suddenly (after several drinks) he's runs 10.9, is a button willow expert, and want's some of this. We are going to run when we get back from deployment in September. We have a $500 bet and I have several side bets with other members of the wardroom. I told him he could run any gas or tire he wanted. I will be on fresh hoosiers and pump gas. Maybe we can get a good motormen turnout if we plan ahead of time.

It's with Speedventures on the 22nd of September. They usually run 13CCW or 13 CW. I'm hoping for CCW to negate a little bit of the AWD advantage in the buttonhook.

Even if his car has 550 peak awdHp I doubt he is as good as a driver as your are. Your vett is much lighter and you should have way better low end grunt and power under the curve. And I also doubt his car will be able to make 550 for more then a few laps before everything starts to overheat.
I'm down if iI cant take the time off of work.

Once in a while Speed Ventures offers a small discount for groups. (Five or more I think) I’m going at the end of July and dependent upon liking the place I’d go again. Hell, I’d go again just to watch you trounce this guy.

I'm going to straight rape him. We agreed to have the COB hold the money. Fastest single lap. I need new slicks, brakes, and need to finish installing the intake. I will have a few weeks to get together. I will order the parts now to have them waiting when I get back. This fool is tripping. He has done some major modifications and has not been to the track. The car is not sorted out at all.
