Yea so I know most of you guys on here have some gnarly rides and I know most of you will probably call the little balt a "ricer" even though it was built in Ohio. But for $20,000 you have to admit this little thing is gonna be fast. For those of you who don't know what a Cobalt SS is here is a quick rundown. Its a 2.0 liter LNF Ecotec turbocharged, intercooled 4 banger, 5 speed manual, about 2800lbs as it sits at the curb, and it comes with 260hp and 260lbs./torque at the crank off the showroom floor.
I just finished with the full bolt ons. That would include the following: a Cold Air Intake, new (aluminum instead of plastic) charge pipes from turbo to intercooler then to throttle body, new intercooler, catless 3 inch downpipe, full 3inch exhaust.. With just a tune on it I cut a 13.8 1/4 mile at 107 mph in Tucson, AZ at about 4,000feet of elevation in October. Now I'm pretty stoked to see what she can do at the 1/4 with all the bolt ons. I'm going to toss her on the dyno on Friday morning since the HP tune is going to be all dialed in and see what she does. It should be about 320hp and 350lbs/torque, or so I'm told. I'll be spiking at 25 psi of boost and holding 24psi til about 6000RPM when the turbo runs out of breath and drops to about 20-22psi. I have a full thread

Hopefully I'll be going on some cruises with you guys and have a little fun running with some fast cars.
