Default What's your favorite kit car?

At the moment I'd have to go with the Factory Five GTM (even though their other offerings are also strong.) I really like it in black or dark grey. If I could get any money for my Vette, I'd probably sell it now, continue squaring away some business, then when that's done, re-enter the street car world (we have two (2) Motorgen project cars, but off road only and not so fancy) with a GTM.

I was just looking at one of those over at Voss Performance. fit and finish not great ( I'm sure that can be fixed) but chassis and suspension was great (according to Voss)
over all I really like the FFR stuff, but to the question at hand "kit cars" I would love a Daytona Coupe or GT40 (FFR or Superfomance)

Body work is somewhat up to the finishing guys. It's not a Ferrari, but the one and only I saw on the road was pretty good. Their second Gen is supposed to be much better. As for performance, it's sort of a mid-engined lightweight Vette thing. The objective numbers I've seen from moderate power plants are pretty gnarly.

I love FFR, the Cobra, the Daytona, awesome. They don't have a GT40, maybe you're thinking of RCR.

Roush made a gt40 kit car from what i remember as well. I also am in serious man love with the gtm. One sold on ls1 tech a few years ago for $35k and he went the extra mile as far as the finish on it.had a beastly ls2 in it as well.
