Permaculture
I've been getting back into gardening more intensely. There's a couple reasons, not least of which is that I simply do not have play money, but it's also sort of my version of going to church/therapy, and what you can grow can be very cheap, always available, and better than just about anything you can buy. But beyond conventional, or even so-called "organic" gardening, is a concept I find very fascinating: Permaculture.
