Last time I went they told me I needed a cage before I came back. Don't wanna do that so probably won't go unless I decide to turn it into a race car.

HP numbers are good and all, but they are like asking someone how much they can bench. What difference does it make if I can still kick your ass?

If it's been some time there's usually no one who remembers what your car was, which means you'll get one pass before they tell you to get the fuck out.

With that kind of power, if you hook up and nothing explodes, wouldn't you be pushing down into the high 9s? That's license territory, not just cage.

Maybe if I could drive. LOL.

In any case I need to install an 8 rib belt system and probably change out my rearend gears. 2nd gear comes much too quickly. I can hardly shift before it hits the rev limiter. I have 4.10s in it. Thinking maybe 3.50s. I have plenty of low end torque without the steep gears.

That makes sense. I love my 3.73s on a mere 400WHP NA setup; pretty balanced IMO. Can't imagine what you have.

Nope. A stroked 4.6 3-valve with a Whipple. And a shot of nitrous on the race tune. It's all forged of course.
