Glen, I'm sorry to hear about this. I, for one, could do without this kind of excitement. Got plenty of stories. Don't need to add to the collection. I'd rather have the job.

HP numbers are good and all, but they are like asking someone how much they can bench. What difference does it make if I can still kick your ass?

As far as Glenns compensation, it will depend on the types of shenanigans. If the corp money was considered stolen, than it never had title to the money, and thus Glenn would be suing a penniless corporation. Id try to shmooze with your payroll person and see if you can get yourself a check. Because the alternatives are bleak and difficult.

If thats not possible, hit me up and Ill see what I can do.
I'll know more in a few days....Adam I have never forgotten about you....I just do not want to take advantage of a friend ship.. I have no money---I can't even think about hiring anyone but myself to take care of this...lol

You guys forget I got paid to collect money in the 70's

Well, if the work itself was on the up and up and the shenanigans were all behind the scenes, your work experience is still valid. Consider hitting up all the places that do even vaguely similar work ASAP and see if they have openings. If you want something go get it.

For fuck sake, take advantage of friends! What else are they for? Duh!

I'm sure Adam would be happy to chat on the phone for 15 minutes after you know more. If it seems like you have a strong case and no money, maybe you can work out a contingency basis.

Trust me, there is all the world of difference from trying to go it alone and sending a tightly reasoned legal argument on attorney's letterhead and you probably have a short window of time to act after which it won't matter at all if the entity is dissolved; there will be literally nothing to collect from. You want as much of your money as possible as soon as possible and to move on.

Sorry to be preachy. It's my best advice. Do as you see fit.
