f1 engines get rebuilt alot and are hardly seen in the real world.....rally cars and engines on the other hand :-D lol j/k i think every season i end up liking f1 more and more i also like grand touring or whatever that league is called where it involes porsches, ferrari's, vettes, and like more normal cars lol

No, just that you may lack the skill to control the greatest drivetrain setup available to the human race. Buahaha! Just kidding.
Seriously though, figure the car out before you take it racing up a mountain road. I was amazed at how well I was able to keep control of the Evo 8 that I drove once all 4 tires had lost grip. A RWD car on the other hand needs your immediate attention with the slightest bit of oversteer, I'm used to it obviously. But I'll bet you'd be surprised.

There's DTM, Le Mans, ALMS, Rolex, Porsche Cup, et. al. There's tons of racing with real cars. I'm a Le Mans/ALMS kind of guy. Any cars that can be pushed near its limits for 24 hours (or 12 hours at places like Sebring!) is truly amazing.
