Again, I've taken a stock Wrangler on 31's and a stock Discovery on 28's through this trail. However, with a big full size there is a possible chance in one section of the trail that he might get a scratch in the paint if he is careless. At least the last time I went up the trail there was. But as long as he follows directions from me or my brother he should be fine.

What size tires does it have and is it lifted? Is it a 2 door or 4 door short bed or long bed?

I'll talk to my brother and see if he and I can go pre run the trail and get some video of the tougher sections for everyone to see what it's like.

I would assume that this is a 4WD event only? Would love to take Bud Jr. (my 2WD f-150) in the dirt again. Been a while. If he can't go I would love to co-pilot for someone.

I was just going to say I could maybe talk my dad into going up there in the next week or two with the quads to take a look. If we do I'll be sure you take pictures... unfortunately, I won't know for sure where exactly you would take us.

You take the 138 to the 173. Turn right on Pilot Rock Truck trail (2N17X) and then make the left onto the dirt trail before you get to the dam. About a quarter mile up the dirt road you will see a truck trail on the left that has two ways up. The right side goes up a rock wall and the left is a dirt hill but they both join together after about 50ft.

Cool. I also spoke to my brother and he is up for doing a pre run to get some video to post up. Not sure when we will go but I'll post it as soon as we do.
