About 15 turnouts later we got to a passing lane and the guy actively blocked me swerving in front of me each time I tried to pass. I ended up just pulling off into a turnout and waiting about 10 minute so that I could safely drive the speed limit. The crazy part was that I hadn't been speeding, tailgating, or anything else that would have provoked his blocking. Heck most of that day I had been getting out of other people's way since I had my mother in the car who can't stand twisty roads.
I had a similar issue ACH except it was a BMW, he must have passed 100 turnouts and refused to pull over, I finally just turned right down Angeles Forest Hwy to get rid of him

You have to fall back a little and catch cock suckers like that by surprise.

I would tend to agree, but I didn't have any intention of coming up on a guy going 15-20mph faster than him when I feel like there is a good chance that he would just jump in front of me at the last second causing an accident. Plus in F150 vs. Lowered Miata, Miata loses every time.
