I just get a little bug from time to time. Probably in a couple years I'll do a bunch of other things I've wanted to really step it up into the level I originally imagined. One thing I'd like to do is replace the rear suspension with a Guldstrand 5 link at Dick's shop before he goes to the great racing track in the sky.

I'd say in all honesty with a/c and fully smog legal you have about a 2k advantage on that car. The transmission however I dont think is going to bring any more cash, seeing as he had a built auto in his car, sure you have a uniqueness of having a t56 in your car, but dollar for dollar is where it counts. His interior was also much much cleaner, and more "put together" than yours

So I still think 16k is a healthy starting point to sell it at, and you're likely to get it too, but for what you have into it and the purposes it serves(paid off, little to no cost to own and maintain) i'd let it sit and find some other way to rectify your debts. Hooking is a good start, whore yourself out to 100 fat chicks for $50 would be pretty simple i think.
