I'm looking for my next race car and this one has caught my eye, im sure his listing price of $15 means he wants 15,000 but its salvage title vehicle, would i be out of line offering 6-7k for it, seems about right when clean title 06's are going for 10-13k, whatcha think

I like the way one add says due to theft and the other says under carriage but not frame ? But anyway I think he is asking to much for what it is .
