Because they're Chrylser, and like GM they took the people's money. A pox on both their houses. I only do business with, mmm, businesses, not government employment programs.

PS I don't hate my Vette, or GM engineering. I despise the organization as an entity for their actions. In fact the reason I hate them so much is directly related to the fact I like a lot of what their engineering has been doing. Someday I would have bought a factory delivery of the highest end Vette at their asking price. Wouldn't buy a bolt from the now. I told Fritz this and that all they have to do is give back what's not theirs and get out of bed with the government and give up all the special treatment they've been giving. He didn't answer. They have no honor or integrity.

You should have built your Vette with high quality non-GM parts, like me. You would have loved it more. The only GM parts in or on my engine is the block and the dist. hold down.

P.S. Having a lack of ethical standards is awesome. Unlike you I can enjoy Vettes and Vipers, and unlike Bird I can enjoy Supras and Skylines.

I don't have any guilt. I just won't give any money to them. I may just keep working on the Vette as it would be with all after market parts now. But if Ford builds a real sports car, I'd seriously consider jumping ship and supporting a real company. Then send GM the pics with a colorful letter.
