Driving home from the gym, I go to turn on this street and it's blocked off by a couple of Subarus. There are probably ten SUVs on the side of the road with people standing by and probably 10-20 Civics and other rice rockets lined up drag racing side by side. Just as I pull up, I see a cop roll up too... Oh yeah, did I mention I was in my Vette!!!

So the kids see the cop and take off, one of the SUVs started to drive away without its passengers and a couple were stumbling to jump in the moving cars. The cop took off after them. I stayed right where I was till the cop started to chase them, then I drove in the opposite direction with the Subarus.

Moral of the story, pay the $20 or $30 to do it legally. Unless you want a couple of felonies under your belt next time you apply for a job. Also, don't run! Wait for your friends to run, then drive the other way.

I just got home then, I was detailing cars earlier. I've worked a total of two days this summer and I wasn't about to give up one of those days to do work for free.
