Default Cobra Vette

I've decided to get wider wheels. It's a bitch to find negative offset wheels. Cost wise I'm looking at Hopster or Torq Thrust again for bolt on. Maybe 20s in the rear, 18s up front?

If I do the adapter thing again... there's a world of options.

I love the look of 5 star centerline wheels, but would never pay $700 a wheel. Thinking about going with some Cobra wheels.

BMW wheels are maybe an option too. Apparently the bolt pattern is 65/100 of a mm off, and lots of guys run them. I'd hate to do something to cause the studs to lean in and snap, but I sort of wonder if acceptable deviation is more than that anyways. M4 wheels are rad and deep already.

My head is spinning. It's like I'm in 7-11.

Here's a C3 with 18s up front, 20s out back.

Still love the TTIIs w/side pipes. That's the classic winner.

I need 11" rims for the back, and the TTIIs only come in 20x10 or 12.

I saw the Cobra Vette, and expected this....

While I appreciate the craft, those design aesthetics don't really play nice together.

I'm not positive, but I *think* you might be able to get 12"under the back with Guldstrand's 5-link and maybe a little flare. I'm going to do the 5-link someday.

Check with American Racing Wheels for the TTIIs. You may be able to get some custom wheels made at a reasonable price. I know I had some made a few years ago with custom backspacing and it was very reasonably priced.

HP numbers are good and all, but they are like asking someone how much they can bench. What difference does it make if I can still kick your ass?
