Default What Wideband AFR Gauge Do You Use?

I just ordered an AEM UEGO wideband afr gauge (30-4100). I read many good reviews on it and felt it should get the job done. I was wondering if anyone here has used that gauge and if not, which one do you use?

Good to hear. I was looking for fast reading unit that used a good sensor like a bosch or ngk. I havent really used afr gauges before so I was hoping I made a good decision.

$165 on ebay, summit had it for $200. I picked up a pillar gauge pod for $24 as well. I dont know what the main diiference is between a uego and a lc-1 though.

The eugo can be hooked into the ecm. So you can use it as another tuning parameter... I am pretty sure that is at least one of the differences. Honestly I would have just got the sensor and harness and then got an interceptor gauge. Interceptors can read anything from the obd2. You can clear codes, view histories of afr boost and stuff like that I like interceptors but they are like 250 a piece just for gauges.

^^
Thanks for the info. Being n/a I figured a simple good quality wideband would work. My tune shouldnt change so I need it more for safety. I almost went all out with a Diablosport Trinity or one of those large data logger type devices that have a bunch of functions but I figured it would be overkill, plus theyre $500-600

If you are going to spend $500 on stuff like a gauge and stuff, just get tuning software. HPtuners sells their basic tuning software for like 500 I think. And not only can you see everything going on in the motor, you can run full datalogs on everything but you can tune pretty much any GM vehicle mad since OBDII ports came out.

AEM is what I have and have installed on other peoples cars. Works great. Most datalogging softwares have the ability to log what it reads as well. LM2 has good support but is more expensive.
