Default My sub-leasor threatened to sue me last night...
I'm so excited It should be a fun experience.

He was confrontational about paying for a screen that he broke and some carpet cleaner out of his security deposit. So he threatens a law suit. Now he gets to pay for the cost of professionals to do everything... ouch.

That makes no sense. Its going to cost him more in lawyer fees and what not than its going to cost for all the repairs.

He'd have to take him to small claims court. No attorneys.
