Default Need someone with a MOD motor.
96-98 I have a power programmer and I'm trying to figure out if it is vin locked. Anyone wanna hook it up for me and let me know?

Call Gonzalo at GTR and tell him what you have and he should be able to tell you. Make sure you tell him I referred you.
