Default LSA CTS-V or build a G8 GT

So once I have my new gig I will be buying myself a fast 4dr and getting a Zo6 later on down the road. Now I have looked at both a lot and they are the only two fast 4drs I really like. Now I know the CTS-V will cost between 30-40k depending on mileage I have seen the lowest around me for 36k and the G8 GT will cost between 15-25k again depending on mileage so I want at least 500 RWHP and it will be my daily so I am looking for dependability as well in whatever I get. Now personally I like the G8 looks better but I love the engine in the CTS-V. They are both very comfortable and I like the simplicity of the G8 in comparison to the CTS-V. I am leaning towards the G8 just based simply on price but if I could find a CTS-V for like 30k I would jump on it.

CTS-V FTW. One of my best friends has one and loves it. He went from a 996 to a base C6 to a V10 M6 finally at the V. He tells me that the V is his favorite by far. On a side note. One of my other boys just picked up a v8 M3 with 30000 miles for 38k.

Well I voted G8 but now that I think about it the V2 is a much much better car. I didnt really think about it till I started to to write this post about why the G8 was better then the V2. Only thing its has going for it is that it 300 pounds lighter and has the rear suspension of the cameo.

The V2 has better brakes, MRC, more power out of the box and even more with simple mods. Plus you can have a Stick (only the G8 GXP had the option.)

Outside of an AMG I think the Caddy is pretty damn hard to beat.

True the caddy is awesome but it is still quite a bit more expensive than a g8 gt...I am looking and best bang for my buck as well. I am leaning towards the g8 gt for the bang for the buck but if i could find a cts-v for sub 30k i would jump on it i just dont see that happening.

Its been quite a long time since Ive seen one. Ive seen way more Audi R8's driving around than I have G8's. Ive seen about 12,461 V's today alone!
