God I love Texas. I don't think he actually stole the items in question as that implies intent. He simply took what he wanted without probably knowing he needed to pay for them. . . maybe. I don't think I would have been too aware of the paying process at 5, but the idea of taking something off the shelves is pretty self-evident.
