Along with the polished Vortech supercharger, tri-flow headers, Magnaflow X-pipe,steel flywheel, special clutch assy, high volume fuel pump, GM performance plug wires, Baer Eradi rotor package, stainless steel brakelines.
Installation done at West Coast Corvettes in Placetia,CA
Mapping and tuning done at A&A Corvette Performance in Oxnard, CA. Yes I have dyno sheet.
Smog legal
The paint and everything on this car is excellent.
Tires have about 18k miles, great shape. Mich Pilot Sport PS2's

I'd offer $22k, expect him to be a little pissed and come back with $24k and no less. That seems pretty reasonable for what it is.

23K is a good price I think 25K is on the high side.
I would think that your are gonna need tires soon (i know my tires wont last much more then 20,000 miles)

And if you the car switch out the wheels because they are weak and will snap on you.

That's a bit on the high side. I saw Vettes at WCC just like that for less than $20k.
