Default VG30ET Performance Mods

There was a website I seemed to have misplaced dedicated to the Nissan VG30 motor. It had different performance combos. Apparently taking them to 400-450WHP is not that difficult or expensive, but I can're remmeber the combo.

So, what are some performance combos that would get it into that range. Requirements are reasoanble cost (though doens't have to be bottom of the barrel) and tune for 91.

Cams?
Injector Size?
Turbo?

Injectors Plus will rebuild or sell us new injectors and the stand alone.

Ok, found the site. Here's what I could compile based from cars running in the 400-450whp range

Turbos
• T3/T4, TO4e 60 trim with a T3 .82 housing machined to fit a clipped O-trim wheel.
• T3/T4, TO4S (60-1) with a Stage 3 turbine in a stock T3 housing machined to fit turbine.
• T3/TO4R - TO4R Compressor, .70 A/R, 66.5 mm Inducer 75Lbs/Min - T3 Turbine .63a/r, stg5 turbine wheel
• T3/T4, 57 trim .63 a/r, stage 3 (or something like that)
• T4, 60-1 compressor (T04e) with O-trim turbine in a .70 T4 turbine housing.
• Garrett T66 with a P-81 turbine

Fuel Pump
• Walbro 255lph

Injectors
• RX-7 550CC injectors
• MB 420CC injectors
• Blitz 700cc injectors

ECU
• Stock Tuned with Romulator?
• Tech II Stand Alone
• Microtech LT-8 ECU

Heads
• Stock
• mild porting

Cams
• Stock or
• Schneider 270/262 .440/.420 cams
• Schneider stage one cams
• Isky cams 256/256 .425 lift

Pistons
• Stock
• JE Forged

Valves
• Stock

Seems like maybe the entry point is

Some kind of T3/T4 turbo
Walbro 255lph fuel pump
Injectors up around 700cc (little confused, just did some conversions, these are huge, but for a V6 turbo *seem* necessarry for safety??)
Retuned Stock ECU

I think he's going to punt on powder coating and just go with enamel.

I'll try to get my friend Dan in here and give some input. He used to work for Garret and he knows how to do turbo size math.

What does Aaron want to do with it?

Reglar, reliable all around performance, decent stree manors, pump gas. Target roughly 400WHP~. Supposedly that's pretty easy with these motors keeping most things stock, except turbo, injectors, tune. But what's an ideal combo of those, I dunno.

In case he doesn't make it here, from Corroded Conformity, Supra man and turbo motor builder, etc.

Quote:
I'll be using the Precision Billet 6262 with a divided exhaust housing that will work with an SP Quick Spool Valve and 65-70 PPH/700-ish CC injectors. With that same setup, the VG30 would be a street terror. The turbo spools very quickly and it'll produce 600+ WHP with race gas, ethanol, or water/meth injection.

Ok, bomb ass turbo, but it'd require custom headers apparently . . aint' going to bolt up to what we got.
