Hitting Rehearsal
Sometimes I feel like the world is conspiring to make me insane.
Perhaps this was just a PR ploy, but the guy sounded dead serious. A minor league team in Florida decided to change the name of batting practice, a.k.a., BP since the dawn of civilization to "Hitting Rehearsal" because they didn't want any connection to British Petroleum. This may actually be the dumbest thing I've ever heard.
