I watched a few high speed low level flybys when I was in the Navy. One dependent's day cruise the CAG did a flyby in an F14 level with the flight deck at high speed. Water was getting pull up similar to the last one in the video. I didn't even hear the F-14 coming, the ship intercom system announce the flyby to port. When we had an exercise with the Aussie Air Force, they flew their F111 so low that we didn't pick them up on any radar and until it was too late. The Aussies had to climb to clear the flight deck and dropped a huge bag of flour in the middle of our flight deck.
The Captain was not happy that the Aussies made fools of us.
