Two-time Funny Car world champion Matt Hagan heard the stories throughout the pandemic-forced shutdown. “A lot of people, like my wrench guys, they don't have anything else," Hagan said as the NHRA cranked back up in Indianapolis last weekend. “So I appreciate the NHRA taking the steps needed to keep these guys employed and say we're taking a step forward, toward getting back to normal."
