I've never seen a Supra run faster than an 11 on a street legal day. There was even a Supra club there once and I heard a few of them talking in the tech line to other people saying how they made 800 rwhp. I expected 9's but they only went 11's.

I've seen Supra's on beast mode only when roll racing. They fastest Supra on a Road course ran 1:52 at the Roval. In college I had a very good friend with a RPS single turbo kit, that put down 850. The fastest I saw him run was an 11.6 @ 135. One of his friends ran a 10.2 @ 152. Fast, but way off for the MPH. I am not a Supra fan. They are a one trick pony.

Dennis Walsh. He is still a good friend. Doing more road racing now. He was big on Supra forum as the " Real Deal". We were both on Formula SAE at Arizona.

Slurpie ran 10's this Saturday at PIR (Portland international raceway) fairly effortlessly with a less than stellar launch. Happens frequently at pir, but 9's have not happened while I attend. I too dislike them, but if that's your bag they can be relatively fun with little effort involved.

It was a private night, Ben was there. I have video of one run when the black 10 sec Supra botched the 60 foot, but then my camera died
