Definitely take the Panamera. But it's taste. There's no objective criteria here. For me the Wagon looks like it's coming from SUV land with a load in its diapers.

#1) CTS-V wagon = good looking, stupid fast
#2) Rapide = gorgeous, sufficiently fast
#3) Panamera = fast, godawful ugly. (am i the only one who looks at a panamera and thinks AMC Pacer?)

That is all.

How I see it.

Total Design (including interior)
1) Rapide
2) Panamera
3) Wagon

Total Performance
1) Panamera
2) Wagon (very close second, near as much makes no difference probably)
3) Rapide

Total scoring, lower better, money no object.
Panamera = 3
Rapide = 4
Wagon= 5

Taking money into account for total value for dollar, though I can't remember them off the top of my head, probably reverses as the spread there is pretty wide.

1) Wagon
2) Panamera
3) Rapide

I saw a white Panamera today. That backend is awful.

Pro tip: If you have to talk yourself into liking a car design, it's ugly.

You're not wrong. You're just not right either.
