That thing is bad ass I do really like the Taurus grips they are nice I looked at the 357 mag but I liked the S&W better with 7 round capacity. But that looks like a bad ass weapon.

Barrel length? Perhaps some other "evil feature" like a pistol grip on a semi-automatic rifle which magically transforms it into an assualt rifle I guess. Seriuosly though, while we're on the brink economic collapse suffeciently to warrant releasing criminals from prison, you can bet your sweet a$$ if you got caught smuggling that you'd be incarcerated.
