Saw a GT3 parked out front of our school tonight. Too dark to take a decent picture, but that thing is dead sexy. I'd like to drive something up at that level at some point in my life.

Drive, or own?

Own would be ok, but that's not super likely.

Doesn't seem like just driving one would be all that difficult.

Totally accessible. Just not a priority that's all.

Got a call from the guy I sold the truck to over 2 weeks ago now and he proceeds to tell me the rear end went out. I was shocked. I told him that I felt bad that it went out but I had no idea there was a problem with the rear when I sold it to him. Feel bad for the guy. I guess I dodged a bullet.

That sucks but there's a reason we say "as is" with used cars.

Did you tell him that when he jumps the truck that he shouldn't have it full throttled bouncing off the rev limiter when he lands?

What did he says went out? The 8.8 is a fairly strong year end. I've broke the carrier in the Cobra but that was at the strip and after a few years of 6000 rpm launches with 450+ rwhp. I've also broke the carrier pin in the Explorer but that was my own fault because I cut the pin down to clear the 4.56 ring gear. My guess is he did something to cause it.

Serious. Remember how bad the axles were in the black truck? Even that one didn't fail, and it was pretty trashed.

Yeah. But was this the rear end that Adam "worked on" :jester: . . . :crutches:
