I'm not doing bench anymore. I fucked it up at 225, I'm sticking to free weights. I can do 8 reps of the 90's.
lat pull down is 225, seated cable row is 225, dead lift, 3 plates. 4 Plates on a short rep, 85's on incline. |
I can lift my shoe to put it on my foot.
