The V6 is actually about 3750, and a Manual SS is 3850. The Auto SS is 3910 I believe.

I'll have to take a longer look at it but, from the looks of things, it looks like a beauty! My question is......money money money, MONEY! How much? That will determine if I really like it or not.

That's a good point. It's a sexy car for 30K, even 40K. But 50K... 60K... not so purty.

Hmmmmmm........ Newest issue of Motor Trend puts it at 3,700-3,900lbs depending on the options and engine choices of course. The V6 will be"north of 300hp & 270lbs@ the flywheel, auto V8 will be 395\"(i forgot), & manual trans engine will have"420hp\405tq"...... Sounds to me like Chevy is gonna play the usual hard ball with the power numbers; but this time with a beautiful body too boot.... Must.....resist.....changing......back....to the......Chev's.....

Resistance futile. You will be assimilated.

meh, 3800 lbs, 420hp...still slower than a stock terminator. Victory remains mine! Just dont know why all cars nowadays have to have that really high beltline...makes them look really chunky. i.e. challenger/camaro/300c/charger

I think it derives from the GM school of design originated at Cadillac called "brutalism." It's about going for that thug vibe. I kinda like. A lowered and blacked out 300C pulls it off to the max. The GT-R looks kind chubba wubba using the same elements, but it's like a 230lb linebacker that runs some psycho 40 time.
