Default The Future of Exotics?

Check out this Electric Exotic car, built by the a British company. It's called the Lightning. It is supposed to have the equivalent of 700hp, have a 186 mile range and be able to charge in 10 minutes. It also supposedly has only 30 battery packs which is a really low number for an electric car. I'm not sure I believe all the claims, but it's some cool tech. Here is a link to an article on it. I like the way it looks, from the front it looks like a Callaway Corvette a little to me.

It's absolutely beautiful. I love British design. Still, you know how I feel about the sound of an engine.

wellll it just so happens that " if your biggest concern is the lack of an exciting engine note, fear not: the Lightning GT includes a “sound module.”

You can blast out the sound of a smooth V6 or throaty V12, or cruise along in serenity of silence. "
