I didn't know those engines were hand built. I thought only high end exotics did that. Pretty cool.

Yep, handbuilt. Too bad the piston-to-cylinder bore is too tight on the motors and they blow up if you boost them in 5th or 6th gear

Indeed, and both are incredible motors.

I'm wondering if the LS7 will be the last 427 we see for a few decades. With the new CAFE standards I think we'll see smaller engines with forced induction instead of more cubic inches.
