Extended crank 50 PSI fuel pressure

Tests/Procedures:
1. Check the fuel filter.
2. Check the fuel pump power/ground, Gray and Black wires.
3. If OK, replace the fuel pump.

Fuel pressure needs to be 60-66 PSI while cranking

Customer Concern:
Engine is starting hard. If alternate fuel is added, it will start right up.

Tests/Procedures:
1. Check fuel pressure while cranking. It has to be 60-66 PSI while cranking the engine over.
2. Check for power and ground to the fuel pump.
3. Try blocking the return line and see if the pressure goes higher or stays the same.

- fuel pressure was low while cranking due to low available voltage due to bad battery cable connection. replaced battery bolt, cleaned cable end, charged battery to 12.8v
