Holy Crap those Integra Type-R's are expensive

Sorry Tyler, that car is nice, but for that kind of money I would have quite a few other cars on my list...

That one is overpriced for the mileage. closer to 17k is reasonable. you can find them for 15-17k

Actually... that one for 20k is a VERY clean R but not quite the Right pRice...

Tyler, why are Integra Type-R-s so expensive while an RSX Type-S is relatively cheap in comparison? Aren't the engines basically the same but the Type-S has 10 more hp?

Three more possibilities that fit within price range:

Mitsubishi 3000GT VR4
Nissan 300ZX
Buick Grand National

I'd also love to have a DSM like BobsGSX at some point. So many cars, so little time...

I think you mean "so little money."

An Eagle Talon might be a hoot.

GTM (challenging to do for $30k~, but possible)

Type 65 Coupe

Mk III

Another frankenstein

240z with 2JZGTE (probably could do decent job for around $20k)

Evo IX Cornfed style - problem is I'm a grown up now

Ducati 1198S - that's a lot of class for $20k

Triumph Speed Triple - few bikes say broken beer bottle in the face better
god I wish $30K was a reasonable budget for me.

great picks!

I didn't think about the VR4 - I've always wanted one of those.

All very good additions, Sean!

Gotta agree with Vettezuki - so many cars, so little money

Give it time, work at it. No reason far more can't be if that's a goal.

Plus it doesn't cost a penny to say my budget is $30k.

That vehicle is not in the new FFR catalog.

NO haha

The IntegRa has a b seRies 1.8 liteR high compRession motoR (B18C5)... One of the majoR engineeRing feats is how they weRe able to minimalize dRive tRain loss and cReat a sophisticated little Rocket ship Right off the factoRy flooR.

The RSX is a K seRies 2.0 liteR motoR (K20A2 i think)

The ITR is a lighteR caR, and a collectoRs edition.

1-???? made, I'm not actually suRe how many weRe made. Amazingly advanced engineeRing.. It's moRe faiR to compaRe the RSX S with the IntegRa GSR..

If you want to look at an RSX that might be more comparable, there is an rsx that is badged as an Integra Type R. More suspension upgrades and a few motor upgrades, still the K series. I'm not sure what year, maybe 02-04...

Besides, Sean... when was the last time you saw a TRUE itR on the stReets... vs a RSX-S??? I see the S all the time but I see FeRRaRis moRe than an itR
