Default Repairing vinyl coated trim pieces in a C3

Did these a long time ago, just now posting pics.

I used regular poly resin and bondo, feather edged the bondo into the vinyl coating. Sprayed with plastic primer and then dyed the whole piece with VHT satin black.

The flash makes the dye looks sketch, plus it was wet, but it looks good if you check out my interior pics. Looks legit. You can't tell they've been dyed.

Any idea how to repair small cracks in the vinyl dash?

I've tried several things and failed. Plastic welding and plastic epoxy. Then sanded. Epoxy worked better, but still cracked when I reinstalled. The dash needs to flex to go in place. Just buy a dash cover. I did that and I'm moving my speakers to the kick panels.
