Yep...I got back in no problemo. All I had to do was agree to stay away from DB. Of course, that would mean stay away from CF, since he pokes his nose into pretty much EVERY thread in the C3 sections. I was able to get my agreement modified to stay away from threads DB starts. Even when I stay away, DB and his minions run around looking for my posts and trying to get me banned again. We had a neat thread started about guys that used to post at CF and one of my comments caused DB to go off the deep end. It had NOTHING to do with him, but he is so freaking paranoid that he immediately said it was a personal attack.

Now on to something a little more serious.
The recently passed Megan's law has given us in my line of work some new muscle and we are beginning to learn how to use it.I was alerted to the DD club a couple years ago by CF administrators and have been watching and copying posts at CF,DC,VM and even smaller sites ever since.Below is a short paragraph and a list of what I need before I can act.We only need 1 but 3 and above is usually a slam dunk.

When identifying cyberstalking "in the field" , particularly when considering whether to report it to any kind of legal authority, the following features or combinations of features can be considered to characterize a true stalking situation:
• Malice
• Premeditation
• Repetition
• Distress
• Obsession
• Vendetta
• No Legitimate Purpose
• Personally Directed
• Disregarded Warnings to Stop
• Harassment
• Threats

Durango Boy: Thank you, very nicely done you have made my job much easier.Peace is on the horizon,be patient.

As a matter of fact, I rarely go to VM. TT is my friend. But I don't "hang out" there like DB hangs out at CF. Don't you find it a bit odd that DB is being shown as "online" at every one of these forums he joins and it's day and night? He truly is a "forum warrior". I wonder what kind of job allows him to screw off all day long?

You really have no idea what Megan's Law is do you. You could have at least looked it up in Wikipedia...

"Megan's Law is an informal name for laws in the United States requiring law enforcement authorities to make information available to the public regarding registered sex offenders. Individual states decide what information will be made available and how it should be disseminated. Commonly included information includes the offender's name, picture, address, incarceration date, and nature of crime. The information is often displayed on free public websites, but can be published in newspapers, distributed in pamphlets, or through various other means."

What you are referring to is Cyberstalking legislation.
That legislation includes:

"False accusations. Many cyberstalkers try to damage the reputation of their victim and turn other people against them. They post false information about them on websites. They may set up their own websites, blogs or user pages for this purpose. They post allegations about the victim to newsgroups, chat rooms or other sites that allow public contributions, such as Wikipedia or Amazon.com.
Attempts to gather information about the victim. Cyberstalkers may approach their victim's friends, family and work colleagues to obtain personal information. They may advertise for information on the Internet, or hire a private detective. They often will monitor the victim's online activities and attempt to trace their IP address in an effort to gather more information about their victims.
Encouraging others to harass the victim. Many cyberstalkers try to involve third parties in the harassment. They may claim the victim has harmed the stalker or his/her family in some way, or may post the victim's name and telephone number in order to encourage others to join the pursuit.
False victimization. The cyberstalker will claim that the victim is harassing him/her. Bocij writes that this phenomenon has been noted in a number of well-known cases.
Attacks on data and equipment. They may try to damage the victim's computer by sending viruses.
Ordering goods and services. They order items or subscribe to magazines in the victim's name. These often involve subscriptions to pornography or ordering sex toys then having them delivered to the victim's workplace.
Arranging to meet. Young people face a particularly high risk of having cyberstalkers try to set up meetings between them."

And NONE of that applies to this thread or the situation with DB. We are describing actual events that happened. Not made up stories. Think about it. Why would we key in on DB out of the thousands of people on CF? The answer is simple. Because his behavior is consistently bad for that forum. We didn't make up his infractions and goofups. He actually DID all of them. Some are just a bad joke. But some are also dangerous if people take his advice. They could be out a good deal of money and sometimes it could result in their personal injury.

No seriously, I know you guys all have your inside jokes about the things like the dual alternator and the spider lights and such, but I never told anyone in a clutch thread to 'turn a flexplate' or whatever you think it was.

Prove I'm lying if it's so easy for you to accuse me of that with a link. Besides, I could care less about the rest of it, why would it bother me. I'm just saying I think someone else said that.
