I got lucky. Most guys got blown off . Did not get thier pizza. We even called the store I got mine and they told my friend it was not for OC.
Here is the reply I got from Papa Johns:
Hi Paul,



Just letting you know we’re contacting your local store about honoring the promotion today. Some stores got word of it late and are just catching up. Should have an answer shortly.



We want everyone to celebrate Free Pizza Day!



More soon. Best, -Doug

Other stores would say corparate ended it at 3pm , 4pm , 5pm, Just depended what time you called after.

HELL YES . Just bummed I did not put on my white trash mullet when I went. that would be AWESOME !!!
