Yes. It think it was literally the smallest for a regular cruise. That's why I wondered if a) Sean maybe didn't get the notices out til quite late or at all (though that's how Randy found us) b) Another part of the group was in a radically different part of the same JC Penny lot and didn't see us OR got the time wrong for some reason and missed us altogether.
