No $h!t. I used to have an N/A version of that car many years ago. It was actually pretty fun. Only problem I had with that car... one of the front ball joints broke and that corner of the car collapsed to the ground... thank goodness I was in a parking lot!!

Mad props for you brother. Such a sick car to drift... you're 1 out of several thousands of CTS-V drivers that has the balls and skill to do that. I would like to come out to see you drive. When do you normally go out there? Can I ride along and get some lessons

LS1 will probably get you 300 to the wheels stock motor...

1988 isuzu impulse turbo. 120hp out of a 2.0L 4 banger. not bad for the 80's

I'm thinking a LS1 would fit nicely and make a tad bit more to the wheels

Ya I'm a huge isuzu fan. They are really crappy cars but i still love them.
I was going to build a 2.6 to put out about 400 hp but I don't really want a huge turbo car.

Sweet. Do they ever do this on weekends? I would basically have to take a day off from work... and everyone knows how hard that can be. Thanks for the offer, I will def. snap you up on this. On a side note: would you be interested in an open track day @ Buttonwillow in the next 2-3 months? The guys who organize it are Corvette owners (z06 & zr1), they are in your bloodline Too much fun to describe in typewritten words... PM me if ur interested, the vette boys have been trying real hard to get a cts-v out there!
