However you have a roots so you most likely have a lot more TQ down low than I do. On my NT555s I can't give it full throttle in first at all and in second I can give it full throttle but when the engine gets to about 3500-4000rpms and boost starts to build the tires break loose.
If I remember correctly, it makes 438HP/428TQ. The torque kicked in early and hung in over 400 up till ~5400 RPM. The HP was climbing until it was shut down at ~6200 RPM.

HP numbers are good and all, but they are like asking someone how much they can bench. What difference does it make if I can still kick your ass?

Great point! I've seen bone stock looking trucks run 11s at Fontana of all places. That's faster than pullied Cobras.

In 1989 when the first gen SHO came out the only sedans that were faster in the US were BMW M5 and 750i. When I got my 1991 SHO and did some mods, the car was pretty hard to beat on fwy in those early years. Today I would have problems with a V6 Honda Accord or Toyota Camary with my SHO. The new SHO is a sleeper. Mys STS-V is somewhat of a sleeper, but the "SUPERCHARGED" emblems gives it away.

I noticed that you left all "I'm crippled" stickers on your vette the first time I saw it.
