Baby Carlos
Congratulations to a Motorgen OG, BADDASSC6 (a.k.a., Carlos) and his lovely wife Sarah on the successful construction of a new human being. Baby Carlos arrived today weighing in at 10 lbs. 2 0z, with excellent mass centralization and a low center of gravity. May they have many years of joy.

You'll get a decent night's sleep in a year or so.

Lol, you beat me to it Ben! Really though Carlos, congrats. Being a father is wonderful. Just remember to be patient because babies cry a lot and don't sleep through the night. My oldest daughter would cry at night unless I stood next to her crib with my hand on her. I can't tell you how many night I fell asleep standing next to her crib leaning over it. Also be supportive of Sarah because her body will be going through hormonal changes which will screw with her emotions.

I'm pretty fortunate. At least for now. He crus for food and falls asleep eating. Wakes up 3 hours later with a poop. Rinse and repeat. He is on that cycle and doesn't cry until he is hungry. He does get fussy when he is being moved around a bunch. Sarah is great. Still in some fairly strong pain medication though. She never shows the pain.

Congrats to you both Carlos and Sarah! All I have to say is SWADDLE, SWADDLE SWADDLE!!! I am sure the nurses have taught you already. Keep doing it. We stopped doing it at about 2 weeks and he slept about 4 hours at most. We went in on his 2 month check-up and the doctor asked how the saddling was going and we said we had stopped doing it. That night Shannon thought she would do it again and bam... 7 hours straight! Another thing I loved was our Ergo Baby. I wore it all the time... Chase would fall asleep in it withing 2 minutes every time. no joke. It made me feel closer to him as well.
