Back when I was playing ball I maxed at about 335. I know for sure I could do 275 for 5 reps.

Did 225 when I played football in high school, lifting weights is boooooooring haha. Arms are on the jiggly side these days.

205 for 5 when I weighed about 165. Now I weigh 205 and probably couldn't do 3. Turns out not exercising much and drinking negatively affects muscular development.
