I'm thinking of ending up at the Super Mex in Huntington Beach. The food is really good and it's a big lot where we shouldn't have parking issues. I'm also thinking of moving the cruise back a week to the 9th of January. Thoughts?

I will be out of town in AZ over the 9th and in Las Vegas over the 18th. It would need to be the 2nd for me.
