Most likely broken into small pieces and out the exhaust. That's what happened when I did that in the Cobra. You could hear the metal tinking sound as it went through the exhaust.

Ouch! Weird.. so your valves were spared but the piston got clipped. How do the cylinder bores and combustion chambers on the heads look? Any scuffing or other damage?

The heads look fine, I'll post a pic tomorrow of them tomorrow.

The turbo blades show no damage either, thank God. I'm guessing they are sitting in front of the cat, so I'll be looking there.

Found one of my hydraulic lifters on the intake side damaged. The lasher itself came apart and wouldn't even go back together. Good thing I have many others to replace it with.

I will. I have to get this up and running so I can work on the GTO. So once the GTO is done, I'll have quite a bit of work for you to do. I wanted you to do the manifold and some other parts, but life took over and put a kink in that. I will have you do those Brembo calipers for sure though.

If you want to keep it simple black I'll work with you, still need funds towards that tire seeing as I have a horrible time controlling my spending on the new car

I'm just going to try and go to the junkyard this weekend and see if I can find extra parts. That way you can take your time with them.
