You might have a good point there. But, I have developed a little technique that works with out laying a hand on anyone.

I have used it to help people collect money owed.

One of the things that has helped me to not be violent anymore is to stay away from situations that will trigger that response in me. It's just easier for me that way.

HP numbers are good and all, but they are like asking someone how much they can bench. What difference does it make if I can still kick your ass?

Well, I gave my contact at Farmers a call today to see what's up. That was at 8:30 am and was told she would call me back. Still haven't heard from them.

Is this a common with Insurance Companies to do this crap?

Call back and press zero, ask to speak with a supervisor. I would advise to call back after lunch. We have time lines according to the dept of insurance in which we have to return phone calls in. If you are documenting all your calls that you have made, you can let them know that you called on x at x exact time, and have not rec'd a call back from x and would a status on your file.

Sorry I haven't been much help lately...I've got a grip load of claims these days. Some 7 car pile ups, serious injuries, and so on. They are getting all my time.

Now they are saying they sent me a letter. Haven't seen it. Asked for someone to call me and tell me what's in the letter. No one has called. This is just a bunch of shit.
