Default Tuner for LSX engines

Hey guys: Has anbody used Competition GT in Orange County for tuning? your thoughts on their capabilites and workmanship would be appreciated. I'm looking for a place locally. RPM and A&A are quite a drive from my house. What about Cunningham in Temecula?

Boost, because sometimes atmospheric pressure just isn't enough.

To my knowledge, Ryne down there is basically numero uno.

As a matter of fact, I went down to order a couple of parts and discovered that Charlie from RPM Motors does all their tuning. I guess he comes in once or twice a week and does the work. He's very good.

Vettezuki: that is what I have heard to...ryne is very good. Nobody I know has said anything good or bad about Competition GT. Nobody on this forum or any other forum have answered regarding Competition GT. Guess I'll try West Coast Corvettes first because Charlie from RPM does their tunig for them. If it doesn't work out I'll check out Ryne.

thanks for the info.

Charlie is the best hands down. His only problem is how far away he is

I just know of them because they are close to my house. Let us know how much they charge for tuning, I want to get the Goat tuned here soon.

Charlie is cool...his dyno reads high. CMS though is the best tuner out here for lsx engines. You won't find a better one and I'll put money on it. You should see how many ret, rpm, a&a so on and so on tunes he fixes. As for competition I haven't heard much on them good or bad so can't really give an opinion on them sorry bro.

Heypal: thanks for the info, very useful. I'm going to go to West Coast Corvette first and see what Charlie can do on their dyno. If I'm not happy, I will definately check out CMS. I have heard nothing but great things about his skill and shop. thanks again for the info, much appreciated. Great video of the 2 corvettes, that was done in Mexico...right?? LOL!!
