Impressive. I wonder what a Shelby would run at the track with drag tires? Because the 12.6 is not that much better than a GT with a lot less power.

Well, this looks like a pretty sloppy lap. Either the driver ain't so hot and there's even more time to be had, or its just brute force. My guess is a bit of the two.




Imagine what Ford could do with a lighter smaller true front-mid sports car.

^ I second that. But it is still a fast car. I like the sound of that thing though. I love forced induction motors. I wish there was a track like that close to San Diego so I could rip it up with a little Cobalt SS.
